Opportunity

A mobile operations team needed an improved reporting solution to better support field teams and partners. Our client’s scorecard report was sent to field teams to help their partners improve service levels, reduce downtime, and build a more robust system for product purchases. The original report was large, complex, relied on multiple sources of data, and had opportunities for human error that could lead to delays and or errors. The solution was to build an accurate, scalable tool that would support the client’s growth and revenue strategy.

Approach

Loft9 interviewed key stakeholders to understand where the gaps and errors existed. We conducted root analysis on the data set and report, allowing us to design an improved, automated report. While much of the complexity remained due to the source data, the new report streamlined key steps, and set Visual Studio/SQL, Excel, and pivot tables to automatically update whenever new data was imported.
